Eric Finstad
B.HSC(PT) | M.SC.(SPORT SCI)FCAMPT
Eric has expertise in Dizziness (Vestibular) Rehab, Dry Needling, Orthopaedics (FCAMPT status), Cranial Mobilization and CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Sports Injuries and Concussion Rehab.
Eric obtained Bachelor`s and Master`s degrees in Kinesiology and Sports Medicine. He then completed his Physiotherapy degree at McMaster University in 2001. After years of subsequent training Eric received his Diploma in Advanced Manual & Manipulative Therapy, thus is a Fellow with the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT).
Since joining in 2006, Eric loves being part of the Killens Reid team. He focuses his patient care not only through his Manual and Exercise Therapy, but also by several other methods: Having become a Functional Dry Needling Practitioner™ (see evidenceinmotion.com), Eric finds that his patients get even better success in achieving their functional goals and symptom relief. More recently, he has added Cranial Mobilizations (see doreenkillens.education), CranioSacral Therapy (see upledger.com), and Visceral Manipulation (see barralinstitute.com) which he realizes were the missing links in treating patients’ complex symptomatology. He has extensive experience in dizziness treatment and received his Certification in Vestibular Rehabilitation from Emory University in Atlanta. He is thus able to distinguish causes of dizziness and balance problems, and treats with repositioning techniques, adaptation / habituation / balance / vision exercises, plus manual therapy to the head, neck and abdomen. Also, following additional Concussion Rehab courses, he can effectively tease out different factors contributing to post-concussion syndrome, and treat them accordingly. Finally, his training in Running Injury Prevention and Treatment has simplified the return-to-run process.
A former Canadian Cross-Country Ski Team member, Eric keeps in shape with his family by skiing, cycling, running, swimming, paddling and singing!

NATALIE MORRIS
B. SC PTIMS | LYMPHEDEMA | MYOFASCIAL
As a physiotherapist and yoga teacher, Natalie’s goal is to provide one on one physiotherapy services to clients in a supportive and compassionate setting. She believes that successful rehabilitation requires a thorough assessment, proper communication, engagement and thoughtful treatment planning. In order for optimal recovery to occur, the whole person and the whole body need to be taken into account.
Natalie spent the first half of her career working in private practice with a focus on orthopaedics, work and sport related injuries. In 2013, she began working in cancer rehabilitation and lymphedema management. There, she discovered her passion for helping men and women who are living with cancer manage side effects related to treatment. Natalie soon discovered that many of her oncology clients were struggling with pelvic floor dysfunction and pursued additional training to be able to better serve this population.
Within her practice, Natalie uses a combination of manual therapy, joint mobilization, myofascial release, Gunn IMS/trigger point dry needling and exercise and movement rehabilitation. Each treatment plan is individually designed with her client’s goals and values in mind.
Over the years, Natalie has pursued post-graduate coursework in several areas in order to hone her skills and update her knowledge base. This allows her to be more focused and helps to provide a more individualized treatment plan. Natalie has pursued extensive coursework in manual therapy with the orthopaedic division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, myofascial release, Gunn IMS dry needling and pelvic rehabilitation. Natalie is a certified Lymphedema Therapist through the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy. She is an authorizer with the Assistive Devices Program (ADP) for both compression garments and walkers.
When not practicing, Natalie enjoys spending time with her two children, husband, dog, family and friends.
She balances her busy life by remaining active. She enjoys running, cycling, pilates, yoga and strength training. But to truly unwind, she finds her real calm when outdoors and behind the lens of her camera.
